I am a graduate student and photographer based in Hyde Park, Chicago. My academic work thinks about how individuals interact with and ultimately shape the financial system; my photography tries to think about how people (and sometimes animals) shape their environments. I’m drawn to the structure of places, the people who give them meaning, and the moments that sit just outside the expected.

Before moving to Chicago, I worked as a multimedia and graphics editor for The Heights, earning national recognition from the Associated Collegiate Press. I’ve been practicing photography for over a decade, building a body of work shaped by design, travel, and careful attention to how the built world organizes and occasionally surprises us.
