From July 22, 2022 to September 14, 2023, I tried to take one photograph every day regardless of weather or motivation. I didn’t manage a perfect year (sometimes the weather or my lack of motivation won), but I did make 365 images.

Part of the aim of the project was to force a creative project over the course of my most challenging academic year. Here are 25 photos that I think encapsulate that style. These aren’t necessarily my 25 favorite photos from the project - but it’s pretty darn close. The full collection can be seen in a dedicated instagram account, @ruela_365. Note that the photos below are all from the 1 year period with correct project dates but may or may not have been posted on the instagram account.
